This series may contain the minutes of a single committee or a number of committees.A committee may be appointed by a Waterworks Trust or a Sewerage Authority or a Water Board for any purpose which it is felt would be better regulated and managed by such committee. Any committee reports submitted to the authority could be part of Minutes.本系列档案可包含单个委员会或多个委员会的会议纪要（minutes）。委员会可由自来水信托机构（Waterworks Trust）、污水管理局（Sewerage Authority）或水务局（Water Board）委任，以开展任何经认定适宜由该类委员会更妥善规范与管理的事务。任何提交至上述主管机构的委员会报告，均可归入会议纪要之列。
