健康人群生物样本库（东南大学附属中大医院）

健康人群遗传资源是指健康人群的样本。本资源库收集体检者的外周血，提取分离血浆、血清、血细胞等存储，建立一个无明显临床表型中国人对照样本库，为各类疾病遗传学和基因组学研究提供高质量遗传资源样本对照组。样本在收集过程中，通过问询的方式询问体检者身体健康情况，由其自述确定没有影响日常生活工作的重大疾病。同时体检者会在医院体检中心进行细致的身体检查，样本库会存储其详细的体检健康信息。为保证样本质量，收集的样本均经过规范化处理后存储在超低温冰箱。Genetic resources from healthy populations refer to samples collected from healthy individuals. This resource bank collects peripheral blood from physical examinees, extracts and isolates plasma, serum, blood cells and other components for storage, aiming to establish a Chinese control sample library without obvious clinical phenotypes, so as to provide high-quality genetic resource control samples for various disease genetics and genomics research. During sample collection, the health status of the examinees is inquired, and only those who self-report having no major diseases affecting their daily life and work are enrolled. Meanwhile, the examinees will receive comprehensive physical examinations at the hospital's physical examination center, and the sample library will store their detailed physical examination and health information. To ensure sample quality, all collected samples undergo standardized processing before being stored in ultra-low temperature freezers.
