以助力鹤壁市建设“全国知名信创替代示范城市”为目标，基于浪潮和“龙芯”生态，整合鹤壁市信创生态的龙芯中科芯片、江苏云涌板卡、浙江力积内存、量子芯云硬盘、景嘉微GPU等服务器配件厂商，构建“鹤壁造”信创服务器端云产品--政企信创资源纳管器。政企信创资源纳管器产品基于中国人民解放军战略支援部队信息工程大学的云计算、大数据等军工技术以及中科龙芯的国产化芯片技术，与中国IT领军企业、服务器世界二中国第一的浪潮公司技术合作实现一箱多芯、一箱多云的基础架构资源统一管控系统，本产品是由四台基于龙芯的服务器和一套支持多芯片的服务器物理资源和多云的虚拟资源管理软件组成的设备，主要解决政府、企业和军队的国产化服务器、云计算等基础架构资源统一管控需求。在国产化替代和信创需求下，拥有广阔的市场前景。Aiming to assist Hebi City in building itself into a nationally renowned model city for Xinchuang (innovation-driven IT) replacement, this work integrates server accessory vendors within Hebi's Xinchuang ecosystem based on the Inspur and Loongson ecosystems, including Loongson Technology's chips, Jiangsu Yunyong's boards, Zhejiang Liji's memory modules, Quantum Core Cloud's hard disks, and Jingjiawei's GPUs, to develop a 'Made in Hebi' Xinchuang server-side cloud product: the Government and Enterprise Xinchuang Resource Unified Manager. This product is built upon military-grade technologies such as cloud computing and big data from the Information Engineering University of the Strategic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, as well as domestic chip technologies from Loongson Technology. It has technical cooperation with Inspur, a leading Chinese IT enterprise, the world's second-largest and China's top server manufacturer, to implement a unified infrastructure resource management system with the features of 'one chassis with multiple chips and one chassis with multiple clouds'. This device consists of four Loongson-based servers and a set of management software that supports multi-chip server physical resources and multi-cloud virtual resource management. It mainly addresses the unified management demands for domestic servers, cloud computing and other infrastructure resources for government, enterprise and military sectors. Under the trend of domestic replacement and Xinchuang requirements, it boasts broad market prospects.
