将脂肪酶-钯复合催化剂溶于去离子水,超声20分钟后滴加到碳支持膜,样品在25 oC下干燥过夜后检测。采用透射电子显微镜JEOL JEM-2010仪器(加速电压为120 kV)进行观察,得到TEM和高分辨HRTEM图片。高角环形暗场扫描透射电子显微镜(STEM)的观察在JEOL JEM-2001F仪器上进行,加速电压为200 kV。负染投射电镜的观察在Hitachi H-7650B仪器上进行,加速电压为80 kV。
The lipase-palladium composite catalyst was dissolved in deionized water, sonicated for 20 minutes, then added dropwise onto a carbon support film. The sample was dried overnight at 25 °C prior to characterization. Observations were conducted using a JEOL JEM-2010 transmission electron microscope with an acceleration voltage of 120 kV, yielding TEM and high-resolution HRTEM images. High-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy (HAADF-STEM) observations were performed on a JEOL JEM-2001F instrument at an acceleration voltage of 200 kV. Negative-staining transmission electron microscopy observations were carried out on a Hitachi H-7650B instrument with an acceleration voltage of 80 kV.
