Dataset of precipitable water vapor and rain from the WRF model, before and after assimilating PWV maps, estimated from interferograms generated from SAR images acquired by Sentinel-1, on the southern part of the Appalachian Mountains. A complete description of this dataset can be seen in the article "InSAR Meteorology: High-resolution Geodetic Data Can Increase Atmospheric Predictability", submitted to Geophysical Research Letters (GRL).
