工业污水处理综合运营数据集

本数据产品的主要数据源为PLC控制系统。该系统通过分布式I/O模块网络，以毫秒级高频采样率实时采集各类设备运行状态数据，具体包括泵组启停状态、阀门开度百分比、电机运行电流等设备参数；同时持续监测工艺过程中的关键指标，如管道流量瞬时值、介质pH值、温度、压力等工艺参数；并实时记录系统生成的各类报警信息，涵盖设备故障报警与工艺超限报警等。数据覆盖从污水收集、预处理、生化处理至深度处理及排放的全流程环节，内容包括水质监测数据、设备运行参数、工艺控制数据以及能耗数据等。监测指标包括但不限于以下项目：原水pH、原水温度（℃）、原水SS（mg/L）、进水流量（m³）、进水液位（m）、加药混凝剂（L）、加药聚合物（g）、加药酸（L）、加药石灰（kg）、澄清池SS（mg/L）、澄清池pH、滤前水pH、滤后水浊度、回用水流量（m³）、回用水液位（m）、回用水压力（MPa）The primary data source of this data product is the PLC control system. This system collects real-time operating status data of various equipment via the distributed I/O module network at a millisecond-level high-frequency sampling rate, including equipment parameters such as the start/stop status of pump sets, valve opening percentage, motor operating current, and so on. Meanwhile, it continuously monitors key process indicators, covering process parameters like instantaneous pipeline flow, medium pH value, temperature, pressure, and others. It also records various alarm messages generated by the system in real time, including equipment failure alarms and process over-limit alarms, etc. The data covers the entire process chain from sewage collection, pretreatment, biochemical treatment, advanced treatment to final discharge, including water quality monitoring data, equipment operating parameters, process control data, energy consumption data and other related contents. The monitoring indicators include but are not limited to the following items: raw water pH, raw water temperature (℃), raw water SS (mg/L), influent flow rate (m³), influent liquid level (m), coagulant dosage (L), polymer dosage (g), acid dosage (L), lime dosage (kg), clarifier SS (mg/L), clarifier pH, pre-filtration water pH, post-filtration water turbidity, reclaimed water flow rate (m³), reclaimed water liquid level (m), reclaimed water pressure (MPa).
