By analyzing the overall residential electricity consumption of all residents under the administration of each rural village, this dataset establishes a dynamic monitoring database for rural electricity usage. Based on the monitored data of rural residential electricity consumption, it enables timely acquisition of rural population mobility status, and conducts monitoring and early warning for the risk of poverty reversion among low-income groups.
