该数据集针对现有100G 设备严重依赖国外关键核心器件的现状,课题研制100G/200G 等高速光收发模块,掌握100G 及以上速率的硅光收发芯片关键技术,实现我国高端光传输器件到模块的完全自主可控,记录了发光功率、中心波长、-20dB普宽、灵敏度等光口指标,还有背靠背OSNR指标测试数据、线路系统传输代价、业务稳定性测试数据。

This dataset targets the current scenario where existing 100G optical transmission equipment heavily relies on foreign key core devices. The associated research project developed high-speed optical transceivers including 100G/200G modules, mastered the core technologies of silicon photonic transceivers with a rate of 100G and above, and achieved full independent and controllable development and supply of China's high-end optical transmission devices and modules. It records optical port performance indicators such as optical output power, central wavelength, -20dB bandwidth, and receiver sensitivity, as well as test data for back-to-back OSNR metrics, transmission penalty of the line system, and service stability test results.
