综合性肿瘤生物样本库（泰州博奥邦科）

中国（泰州）医药城遗传资源库与转化医学研究院，位于当今中国唯一的国家级医药高新区，承担了《中国医药城遗传资源库公共平台》和《生物芯片上海国家工程研究中心遗传资源库中国医药城分中心》建设任务。研究院主要工作是：建立质量一流的标准化生物样本遗传资源“实体库”。资源库严格统一标准、质控与安全保障体系，高质量地收集、储存重大疾病的生物样本，包括：常见的重大疾病（肿瘤为主）、区域性（地方）特殊疾病、疾病家系、以人群为基础随访的慢性疾病（如癌变过程）等样本。同时建立与样本对应的临床、病理、影像、治疗与随访体系的“信息数据库系统”，并建立“资源共享机制”。目前，本资源库依托多家三级甲等医院，已收集到肺癌、肠癌、子宫癌等各类肿瘤组织蜡块样本及20岁左右年轻人的全血、血清和血浆样本共计十余万份。
China (Taizhou) Medical Park Genetic Resource Bank and Translational Medicine Research Institute is located in the only national-level medical high-tech zone in China currently. The institute undertakes the construction of the "Public Platform of China Medical Park Genetic Resource Bank" and the "Taizhou Branch of the Genetic Resource Bank of the National Engineering Research Center for Biochips (Shanghai)". The core work of the institute includes establishing a first-class standardized biological sample genetic resource "physical bank". The resource bank strictly adheres to unified standards, quality control and safety assurance systems, and collects and stores high-quality biological samples of major diseases, including common major diseases (mainly tumors), regional (local) specific diseases, disease pedigrees, population-based follow-up chronic diseases (such as carcinogenesis processes) and other samples. Meanwhile, it will establish an "information database system" corresponding to the samples, which covers clinical, pathological, imaging, treatment and follow-up data systems, and build a "resource sharing mechanism". Currently, relying on multiple tertiary Class A hospitals, the resource bank has collected a total of more than 100,000 samples, including various tumor tissue wax block samples such as lung cancer, colorectal cancer and uterine cancer, as well as whole blood, serum and plasma samples from young people around 20 years old.
