HCC Immunotherapy Stereo-seq Data

We collected additional tumor tissues from the initial resection of two early-stage HCC patients for Stereo-seq. These patients were later put on immunotherapy with atezolizumab + bevacizumab after the recurrence and exhibited a clinical response (M311) or resistance (M316) to the combination therapy.

我们收集了两名早期肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）患者初次肿瘤切除术后的额外肿瘤组织，用于Stereo-seq测序。上述两名患者在肿瘤复发后，接受了阿替利珠单抗（atezolizumab）联合贝伐珠单抗（bevacizumab）的免疫治疗，其中M311号患者对该联合疗法表现出临床应答，M316号患者则对其产生耐药性。
