PPIPT Denitrification and Nutrient Data

Raw data and in situ denitrification rates measured using a combination of the push-pull and isotope pairing technique. Rates were measured in control and sediment plots at 4 depths (5cm,10cm,15cm,20cm) across a seasonal gradient in a temperate RI salt marsh. Nutrient data (ammonium, nitrate, and nitrite) measured in pore water collected at two different depths (5cm,30cm) in sediment addition and control plots in a temperate RI salt marsh.
