This dataset is mainly applied to data-driven application scenarios such as process parameter management, process analysis and production stability control during the injection molding process of Jiaqin Precision's camera housing products. As precision structural components, camera housings’ dimensional stability, appearance consistency and assembly reliability highly depend on the process parameter settings during the injection molding stage. By continuously collecting and systematically organizing key process data including raw material drying parameters, injection temperature parameters, pressure parameters, speed parameters and molding time parameters, this dataset is used to establish the data analysis foundation for injection molding process parameters. In specific applications, the data can be used for comparative analysis of process parameters between different production batches and different injection molding machines, to identify the relationship between fluctuations in process parameters and changes in molding quality, providing data support for injection molding machine tuning, process window optimization and abnormal condition troubleshooting. Meanwhile, through the statistical analysis of long-term process parameter data, enterprises can be assisted to precipitate standardized process parameter ranges, supporting managerial decisions such as the introduction of new camera housing models, process replication and production efficiency improvement. This application scenario emphasizes the value of data in process analysis and decision support, rather than merely serving as simple records of equipment operation or production processes.
