该数据属于自行生产,企业自主开发的专有新品,生产工艺参数属于专有技术积累,产品由化工原料PTA和MEG等反应生成高品质聚合熔体供给纺丝,纺丝前通过企业特有技术加入着色母粒,从而生产出有色原丝,经稳定、平衡后再经后纺牵伸、定型、上油、卷曲、切断从而形成短纤维产品,产品经组批检测后形产品质量数据。据检测数据,质量管理部门可判断产品是否合格,形成产品报告,供工艺技术人员和质量管理人员进行产品工艺调整和质量判定。
This dataset consists of self-produced exclusive new products independently developed by the enterprise, with production process parameters being proprietary technical accumulations. The products are produced by reacting chemical raw materials including PTA and MEG to generate high-quality polymer melts for spinning. Prior to spinning, color masterbatch is added via the enterprise's proprietary technology to produce colored as-spun yarns. After stabilization and conditioning, the yarns undergo post-spinning processes including drawing, setting, oil finishing, crimping and cutting to form staple fiber products. Product quality data is generated after batch-wise inspection of the products. Based on the inspection data, the quality management department can determine whether the products are qualified, compile product inspection reports, and provide these reports for process technicians and quality management personnel to adjust production processes and make quality judgments.
