Transcriptomic analysis of signaling pathways activated in DTMUV-infected DF1 and DEF cells

To explore the innate immune-related pathways activated by DTMUV in DF1 and DEF. DF1 and DEF were infected with DTMUV and harvested at 24 hpi. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to transcriptome analysis. DF1 and DEF treated with UV-DTMUV were included as mock controls. Host gene expression of infected and mock-treated cells was normalized to the internal GAPDH transcript, ratios were calculated for each transcript at each time point and presented at p-values < 0.05 and thresholds for |log2 (fold change) | > 1.
