The Bayesian tree inference for cytb was performed using the GTR+I+G model.图S1数据集——基于细胞色素b（cytochrome b，缩写cytb）与KCAS拼接片段构建的贝叶斯推断树（Bayesian inference tree），展示了所有濒危北非有蹄类动物与家养物种的系统发育关系。主要节点的后验概率（posterior probability）已标注。本次分析以山羚（Oreotragus oreotragus）作为外类群（outgroup）。 针对cytb的贝叶斯树推断分析采用GTR+I+G模型完成。
