Number of condominiums sold to foreigners in Thailand Q1 2020-Q1 2024

In the first quarter of 2024, the number of condominium ownership transfers to foreigners in Thailand amounted to almost 4,000 units. Meanwhile, in the previous quarter, foreigners bought fewer condominiums at around 3,700 units.
