Data and code for an article in review at PLoS ONE. OccSamCovs.csv are sampling covariates while SiteCovsD are site covariates, for an occupnacy study of Brown-headed Nuthatches (<em>Sitta pusilla</em>) conducted in Arkansas, USA 2011-2012. The text files are code for implementing occupancy models in unmarked, an R package.
