Supplementary Data for the manuscript titled, "Orthoptera-specific target enrichment (OR-TE) probes resolve relationships over broad phylogenetic scales"

This dataset includes raw and processed data for developing Orthoptera-specific target enrichment probe set. Specifically, it contains assembled transcriptomes, phylogenetic datasets exploring phylogenetic information contents in various genes, OR-TE probe sequences, phylogenetic datasets consisting of target-captured data, as well as the scripts for phylogenomic analysis.
