<b>Supplemental Figure S1. Physiological responses to a single 90‑minute session of leg heat therapy (HT) in healthy, young volunteers (n = 3).</b> Thigh skin temperature (A), calf skin temperature (B), core body temperature (C), and heart rate (D) were continuously measured during 90 minutes of HT using the Aquilo water-circulating garment system. Participants ingested a wireless core body temperature sensor (HQ, Palmetto, FL) the night prior (~7–9 h before baseline), and mean skin temperatures were recorded via surface thermocouples (MLT422, ADInstruments). Thigh skin temperature increased rapidly to ~39 °C within 20 minutes and remained stable throughout the session (A). Calf skin temperature followed a similar pattern, reaching ~38.5 °C by 30 minutes and remaining stable thereafter (B). Core temperature rose modestly (~0.4 °C), from ~37.0 °C at baseline to ~37.4 °C at 90 minutes (C). Heart rate gradually increased from 51 ± 11 bpm at baseline to 71 ± 11 bpm by the end of the session (D).
