统计柱塞泵故障设备维修记录数据,能直观反应出设备故障类型占比情况。所有使用柱塞泵设备的车间/企业,根据不同故障类型分布,均可优化各驻点维修人员配置和预购配件的库存量,提高维修效率,降低运营成本。另外所有使用柱塞泵设备的车间/企业也有助于提升对柱塞泵故障设备的维修能力。本数据来源于本企业各部门柱塞泵的设备故障维修记录,将各天数数据进行整合,并运用数据透视表选择故障设备类别字段进行计数,把故障类型进行分类统计,全月故障总次数为各故障类型之和,按照各类型故障占比率=该类故障数/故障总数*100%,进行图表统计分析,利用饼图体现占比情况。所有使用柱塞泵设备的车间/企业,根据不同故障类型分布,优化各驻点维修人员配置和预购配件的库存量,提高维修效率,降低运营成本。所有使用柱塞泵设备的车间/企业也可以组织员工开展相关设备培训。
This dataset is compiled from maintenance records of faulty plunger pump equipment, which can intuitively reflect the proportional distribution of various fault types of the equipment. All workshops and enterprises that use plunger pump equipment can optimize the allocation of on-site maintenance personnel and the inventory of pre-purchased spare parts based on the distribution of different fault types, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and reducing operating costs. In addition, such entities can also enhance their maintenance capabilities for faulty plunger pump equipment. This data is sourced from the equipment maintenance records of plunger pumps across various departments of our enterprise. We integrate daily maintenance data, employ pivot tables to count the entries in the fault equipment category field, classify and statistically analyze each fault type. The total number of faults in a full month is the sum of the counts of each fault type. The proportion of each fault type is calculated as (number of this type of fault / total number of faults) × 100%, followed by chart-based statistical analysis, with a pie chart used to visualize the proportional distribution of each fault type. Once more, all workshops and enterprises using plunger pump equipment can optimize the allocation of on-site maintenance personnel and the inventory of pre-purchased spare parts based on the distribution of different fault types, improve maintenance efficiency and reduce operating costs. Finally, all workshops and enterprises using plunger pump equipment can also organize employee training programs related to such equipment.
