To investigate how regional internet usage rate influenced the concerns and expected assistance for virtual care, we fielded an online census on the managers of PWDs care programs in 22 cities from June 24th to July 26th in 2021, covering the semi-lockdown period. According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan, the number of PWDs care programs is 107 in total in 2020, where 90 managers of the PWDs care program filled out the questionnaire.为探究地区互联网普及率对虚拟照护（virtual care）相关关切与期望帮扶的影响，我们于2021年6月24日至7月26日（涵盖半封控时段），针对22座城市的残疾人（Person with Disabilities，PWDs）照护项目管理者开展了线上普查调研。据台湾地区卫生福利部（Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan）统计，2020年该地区残疾人照护项目共计107个，最终有90位项目管理者完成了本次调查问卷。
