1. 数据采集:从好运充能系统中采集车辆进站时间、换电开始/结束时间、卸下电池ID及SOC、装上电池ID及SOC、换电各环节耗时、换电成本等数据。 2. 数据处理:对采集的换电数据进行聚类分析,分析指定时间段,不同站点的换电效率特征,识别影响换电效率的关键因素。 3. 数据应用:根据分析结果制定换电调度方案,引导车辆选择效率更高的换电站点和时间段,提高整体换电效率,降低运营成本。

Data Collection: Collect data including vehicle entry time, battery swap start/end time, ID and SOC of the removed battery, ID and SOC of the installed battery, time consumption of each stage of the battery swap process, and battery swap cost from the Haoyun Charging System. 2. Data Processing: Conduct cluster analysis on the collected battery swap data, analyze the battery swap efficiency characteristics of different stations within designated time periods, and identify key factors affecting battery swap efficiency. 3. Data Application: Formulate battery swap scheduling schemes based on the analysis results, guide vehicles to select battery swap stations and time periods with higher efficiency, thereby improving overall battery swap efficiency and reducing operating costs.
