Raw data on sheep follicular fluid proteomics

This data is related to a study to describe the proteins present in this fluid and correlate with the follicular development, basing the findings on small and large growing follicles. The ovaries were collected in a slaughterhouse and transported to the laboratory to collect follicular fluid. For proteomic analysis, the follicular fluid was submitted to albumin depletion and then analyzed for protein concentration by the Bradford method for mass spectrometry.本数据集源自一项旨在描述该卵泡液（follicular fluid）中蛋白质组成的研究，该研究以小型及大型生长卵泡为研究对象，基于相关实验结果探究蛋白质组分与卵泡发育（follicular development）的相关性。研究所需的卵巢采自屠宰场，随后转运至实验室以收集卵泡液。为开展蛋白质组学分析（proteomic analysis），先对卵泡液实施白蛋白去除（albumin depletion）处理，再采用Bradford法（Bradford method）测定蛋白质浓度，随后开展质谱分析（mass spectrometry）。
