Arabidopsis thaliana plants were illuminated with far-red or blue light to induce respectively state 1 and state 2. The fluorescence decay kinetics was analysed to see which fraction of the excitation energy went to photosystem I vs photosystem II. Single chloroplasts were imaged in state 1 and state 2 to investigate the redistribution of excitation energy and the thylakoid macro-organisation. 以远红光(far-red light)与蓝光(blue light)分别照射拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)植株,以诱导其分别进入状态1(state 1)与状态2(state 2)。通过分析荧光衰减动力学(fluorescence decay kinetics),探究激发能(excitation energy)在光系统I(Photosystem I)与光系统II(Photosystem II)之间的分配比例。对处于状态1与状态2下的单个叶绿体(single chloroplasts)进行成像,以研究激发能的重新分布与类囊体宏观组织(thylakoid macro-organisation)。本数据集包含本文献图1-4及补充图(SI Figures)1-6对应的实验数据,详细说明请参阅README文件。
