3D atlas locations of epidural electrode EEG recordings in rats (v1)

This dataset provides coordinates describing 3D locations in the Waxholm Space (WHS) rat brain atlas of epidural electrodes (16 EEG channels + ground) used in five previously shared datasets (see related resources). Stereotaxic coordinates for the locations of EEG electrodes placed in wild-type Sprague-Dawley rats were translated to WHS rat brain atlas coordinates and transformed to 3D atlas sphere representations using the Locare workflow. The JSON file shared here follow the locareSphere schema [(https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON)](https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON), making the 3D brain atlas representation of the data available for visualisation and spatial queries.
