Spectral behavior of plasmon enhanced fluorescence in organic-inorganic perovskite quantum dots solutions

Hybrid lead halide perovskite quantum dots are of great interest in different fields of optoelectronic devices for their unique properties. Many efforts have been done to improve their performance. In this work the effect of localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of gold nanoparticles in vicinity of CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite quantum dots is investigated and the result of spectral overlapping between the fluorescence peak of quantum dots and LSPR peak of nanoparticles is studied. For quantum dots showing emission peak with higher energy than LSPR energy, quenching of fluorescence occurs but for quantum dots with emission peak slightly red shifted compared to LSPR, fluorescence is enhanced by the factor of 2

杂化卤化铅钙钛矿量子点因其独特的光电特性,在光电器件的诸多领域中备受关注。已有大量研究致力于优化其综合性能。本研究针对紧邻甲胺铅溴(CH3NH3PbBr3)钙钛矿量子点的金纳米颗粒的局域表面等离子体共振(LSPR)效应展开探究,并对量子点荧光峰与纳米颗粒LSPR峰之间的光谱重叠效应开展了系统研究。结果显示:当量子点的发射峰能量高于LSPR峰能量时,会发生荧光猝灭现象;而当量子点发射峰相较于LSPR峰发生小幅红移时,其荧光强度可提升至原有水平的2倍。
