新型MOCVD设备蓝宝石基蓝绿光Micro-LED外延片波长一致性工艺研究主要针对中微公司开发的Micro-LED用新型MOCVD设备在三安公司开展Micro-LED外延工艺开发与生产调试,研究新款设备在蓝宝石基蓝绿光Micro-LED外延生产过程中波长一致性的制约要素,开发新型MOCVD设备的外延工艺,获取了较好的实验结果,并实现试生产应用。该数据集主要采集了相关实验的波长均匀性结果、衬底应力的统计信息,相关测试报告以及专利全文等数据,数据量约为31.8MB。

This study conducts research on the wavelength uniformity process of sapphire-based blue and green Micro-LED epitaxial wafers for novel MOCVD equipment. Specifically, it carries out Micro-LED epitaxial process development and production debugging at San'an Optoelectronics for the novel MOCVD equipment for Micro-LEDs developed by China Micro Corporation. The research aims to explore the limiting factors affecting wavelength uniformity during the production of sapphire-based blue and green Micro-LED epitaxial wafers using the new equipment, develop the epitaxial process tailored for the novel MOCVD device, obtain excellent experimental results, and realize pilot production applications. This dataset mainly collects relevant experimental data including wavelength uniformity results, statistical information of substrate stress, related test reports, and full-text patents, with a total data volume of approximately 31.8 MB.
