The test plan was formulated in accordance with relevant standards and approved by experts. The testing was conducted by personnel from the Testing Laboratory of Fiberhome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. (CNAS accredited). Raw data was acquired from instruments including OTDR, PK2314-3, PK2300, PK2800, etc. This dataset is part of Task 2. It was tested by a third-party testing institution, Wuhan Brightray Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and a third-party test report was generated (Report No.: W-08-22-4824). It has met the key indicators of the task: optical fiber loss of 0.15 dB/km and effective mode area ranging from 110 to 140 μm². It also supports the project's assessment indicators, specifically the transmission rate and transmission distance of the transoceanic optical fiber transmission system with ultra-high capacity-distance product.
