This dataset conducts comprehensive analysis on blockchain application data of notary offices on the Xinzheng Chain, and generates the Blockchain Application Index for notary offices via a weighted exponential algorithm. The index is designed to reflect the blockchain technology application capabilities of notary offices, allowing notary associations and regulatory departments at the provincial and municipal levels to grasp the extent of blockchain technology application by notary offices, and enabling enterprises and public institutions to better select suitable notary offices for cooperation in blockchain and notarization services. The algorithm rules for the Notary Office Blockchain Application Index are as follows: 1. Data Collection: Collect blockchain-related data of notary services including cross-regional collaborative notarization services, remote notarization services, and notarization preservation services from the Xinzheng Chain notarization business platform. 2. Data Processing: Screen, merge, match, associate, summarize and classify the collected data to support subsequent index statistics. 3. Algorithm Calculation: Process the preprocessed data with the dedicated blockchain application index algorithm. The formula for the blockchain application index (y) is: y = a1*(x1/x1_max) + a2*(x2/x2_max) + a3*(x3/x3_max) Where: x1 refers to the monthly on-chain data volume of cross-regional collaborative notarization services, x1_max is the peak monthly on-chain data volume of cross-regional collaborative notarization services; x2 refers to the monthly on-chain data volume of remote notarization services, x2_max is the peak monthly on-chain data volume of remote notarization services; x3 refers to the monthly on-chain data volume of notarization preservation services, x3_max is the peak monthly on-chain data volume of notarization preservation services; a1, a2, a3 are weight coefficients. 4. Data Application: Apply the calculated index results to practical scenarios, such as law firms selecting notary offices with high blockchain application indexes for notarization service cooperation; notary associations selecting notary offices with high blockchain application indexes to form notary alliances and carry out cross-regional collaborative services.
