List of deliberations and regulatory acts of the Eure-et-Loir Departmental Council, for the second half of 2022.
This dataset is based on the essential mandatory data from the Actes project and Open Data France’s [Common Local Data Base](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs/schemas/deliberations.html).
The calendar tab makes it easier to view acts as they are published. The data is updated daily at 5am, 1pm and 9pm.
_Decisions about this dataset:_
The SCDL data scheme is initially intended only for deliberations. In order to meet the obligations arising from the [new rules for the publicity of acts of local authorities in force from 1 July 2022](https://www.collectivites-locales.gouv.fr/publicite-et-entree-en-vigueur-des-actes-des-collectivites-locales), three columns (PUBLICATION_DATE, NATURE_ACTE and NATURE_ACTE_DETAIL) have been added to integrate regulatory acts into the dataset. Column names starting with DELIB_ have been retained, although the data no longer refer exclusively to deliberations. A sorting on the nature of the acts can be done using the NATURE_ACTE filter.
Moreover, this dataset contains only the main documents, without their annexes. The acts and their annexes are published in full on the website [eurelien.fr](https://www.eurelien.fr/guide/publications-reglementaires).
