Single cell sequencing of dissected mouse foreguts at embryonic day 8.5 to 9.5

Single cell sequencing of dissected mouse foreguts at embryonic day 8.5 to 9.5 Mouse foreguts were dissected at embryonic day 8.5, 9.0 and 9.5. Tissue were dissociated into single cell suspension and used for single cell RNA library preparation and sequencing using 10X Genomics platform.针对胚胎第8.5至9.5天解剖分离的小鼠前肠开展单细胞测序：研究人员于胚胎第8.5、9.0及9.5天解剖获取小鼠前肠组织，将组织解离为单细胞悬液，随后使用10X基因组学（10X Genomics）平台完成单细胞RNA文库制备与测序工作。
