By collecting and analyzing consumption-related data of range hoods from customers in Shanghai, this dataset aims to gain insights into customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for range hoods, assess the market popularity of this product, and assist all enterprises in the range hood industry in formulating production strategies to better provide personalized products and services to users. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to range hoods from customers. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge, and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the formula: P = {a1 (minimum single-order quantity)/b1 (minimum single-order consumption amount) + a2 (maximum single-order quantity)/b2 (maximum single-order consumption amount) + a3 (average single-order quantity)/b3 (average single-order consumption amount)} * k, where k is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions. According to empirical values, the k value for the Shanghai region is set to 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into different tiers ("high-level", "medium-level", "low-level") based on the calculated demand level: customers with a score above 50 are marked as "high-level", those with a score within the range of 10 to 50 are marked as "medium-level", and those with a score below 10 are marked as "low-level".
