事权AOI（兴趣面）是福州市小区（自然村）AOI和单位AOI，包括编码和类别等属性。本产品指在每个社区（村），以单独小区（自然村）或成片居民楼栋为基本单元，以相关行业场所、产业园区、市场商圈、商务楼宇、景区公园、河流水系，以及学校、医院、工厂、企业、行政（事业）单位等为单元，划定AOI。海域、偏远山区等，根据实际情况予以划分。各AOI之间不留白，不重叠，无缝衔接，全覆盖，边界清晰。Competence-based Area of Interest (AOI) refers to the AOIs for communities (natural villages) and institutional units in Fuzhou City, with attributes including codes and categories. This product involves delineating AOIs within each community (village), taking individual communities (natural villages) or clustered residential buildings as basic units, and taking relevant industry venues, industrial parks, market business districts, commercial buildings, scenic spots and parks, river systems, as well as schools, hospitals, factories, enterprises, administrative (public institution) units and other similar entities as delineation units. Marine areas, remote mountainous areas and other regions shall be delineated based on actual conditions. There shall be no blank spaces, no overlaps, seamless connection, full coverage and clear boundaries between any two AOIs.
