The compressive strength of thermal insulation mortar is one of the critical parameters in building structural design and construction. Thermal insulation mortar is a type of premixed dry powder mortar produced by manufacturing enterprises, which uses various lightweight materials as aggregates, cement as the cementitious material, and blends several modified additives through stirring and mixing. It is a building material used to construct thermal insulation layers on building surfaces. This dataset can be used to conduct safety evaluations on the qualified status of the compressive strength of thermal insulation mortar, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer safety. 1. Data Collection: Collect information such as the names and types of thermal insulation mortar samples; 2. Compressive Strength Qualification Test: Test the compressive strength X, compression area Y, and maximum load Z of the thermal insulation mortar; 3. Data Processing: Calculate the compressive strength W of the thermal insulation mortar using the formula W = maximum load Z / compression area Y. Round both the tested compressive strength X and calculated compressive strength W to two decimal places, then compare the two values.
