A GE Signa 1.5-T superconductive MRI (GE Healthcare, Little Chal - font) was performed using a standard 5 mm thick head coil and 1.5 mm layer spacing, producing a T1 spin echo image (repetition time [TR], 400 - 500 milliseconds; echo time [TE], 15-30 milliseconds) and fast spin echo T2-weighted image (TR, 3000-4500 milliseconds; TE, 70-120 milliseconds). Gadolinium diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid contrast medium was taken at a dose of 0.1 mmol/kg; injection rate-3 ml/s, scan parameter-T1-weighted imaging (TP, 30 ms; TE, 9 ms, slice thickness 1.5 mm; field of view 250 mm2; matrix 256 x 256).

本研究采用GE Healthcare, Little Chalfont生产的GE Signa 1.5T超导磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI)设备,搭配标准头部线圈,设置层厚5mm、层间距1.5mm完成扫描,分别采集得到T1自旋回波图像(重复时间[TR]:400~500毫秒,回波时间[TE]:15~30毫秒)与快速自旋回波T2加权图像(TR:3000~4500毫秒,TE:70~120毫秒)。以0.1mmol/kg的剂量注射二乙三胺五乙酸钆(Gadolinium diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid)对比剂,注射速率为3ml/s,并采用以下参数开展T1加权成像扫描:TP 30ms、TE 9ms,层厚1.5mm,视野250mm²,矩阵256×256。
