Benchmark dataset and analysis artifacts for zsasa v0.6.0

Curated benchmark dataset and analysis artifacts for zsasa v0.6.0, supporting the associated manuscript on high-throughput solvent-accessible surface area (SASA) analysis for structural bioinformatics workflows. This archive contains the benchmark evidence and reproducibility context used for analysis and figure generation, including: results/benchmark.duckdb: imported benchmark and validation evidence database results/tables/: exported summary tables results/figures/: generated benchmark and validation figures scripts/: benchmark import, export, plotting, and archive preparation scripts manifests/, config/, and schemas/: benchmark manifests, pinned tool/version policy, and database schema datasets/: tracked benchmark input metadata and source structures required for reproducibility CITATION.cff and ARCHIVE.md: citation metadata and archive documentation The archive intentionally uses the curated profile generated by scripts/build_zenodo_archive.py. Large raw rerun directories under results/full_rerun/, local machine-specific configuration such as config/datasets.local.toml, temporary logs, caches, and regenerated prepared PDB payloads are excluded. The included DuckDB database, summary tables, rendered figures, scripts, manifests, and tracked source inputs provide the benchmark evidence and reproducibility context for the reported results.
