This dataset includes data on various global change stressors and soil ecosystem functions across soil profiles (topsoil: 0-30 cm, subsoil: 30-60 cm, deep soil: 60-100 cm) from 44 natural ecosystems (spanning from 19.95°N to 48.05°N) that cover a broad range of climate, vegetation and soil types. The data were collected both from field surveys and publicly accessible data sources. The data and R scripts are also available in Github (https://github.com/sehea/MSproject.git).
