本数据集主要面向任务书关键技术3:矿物加工流程数字孪生仪表技术研究,主要是针对项目示范单位山东黄金三山岛金矿新立选矿厂关键设备及流程,收集了用于本关键技术研究的原始数据,以及为了完成特定技术目标而进行的对于原始数据的分析数据。 其中,(1)浓密机进料浓度数字孪生仪表与浮选流程精矿品位数字孪生仪表数据。数据主要由浓密机底流渣浆泵的流量、电流与频率等时序数据组成,数据格式为.csv,数据量约100MB,采集自三山岛金矿新立选厂DCS,该组数据用于支撑浓密机进料浓度数字孪生仪表技术研究;以及浮选流程精矿品位数字孪生仪表数据。数据主要由浮选流程泵池液位、泵电流、矿浆流量等时序数据组成,数据格式为.xls,数据量约2MB,采集自江西铜业大山选厂DCS,该数据用于支撑浮选流程精矿品位数字孪生仪表技术研究。 (2)磨矿分级返砂数字孪生仪表数据。主要包括数据孪生仪表计算的水力旋流器返砂时序数据,格式为csv,约120MB,采集自三山岛金矿新立选厂DCS,该数据支撑磨矿分级返砂数字孪生仪表技术研究结果。 (3)磨矿分级流程数字孪生仪表数据。主要由数字孪生仪表模型输入、输出变量表,磨矿分级流程数据组成(包括检测值与计算值),检测值来自流程仪表,磨矿分级流程数据格式为.csv,数据量约300MB,采集自三山岛金矿新立选厂DCS;计算值来自仿真模型,磨矿分级流程数字孪生仪表输入、输出变量表格式为.xlsx,该组数据支撑磨矿分级流程数字孪生仪表技术研究与流程量化描述。

This dataset is developed primarily for Key Technology 3 of the project mandate: Research on Digital Twin Instrumentation Technology for Mineral Processing Flows. It focuses on the key equipment and production flow of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine, Shandong Gold, which is the project’s demonstration unit, and collects both raw data and analytical data generated for specific technical objectives to support this key technology research. The dataset includes three parts: 1. Data for digital twin instrumentation of thickener feed concentration and flotation process concentrate grade: - Data for thickener feed concentration digital twin instrumentation: Composed mainly of time-series data including flow rate, current and frequency of the thickener underflow slurry pump, stored in CSV format with a total size of approximately 100 MB. The data was collected from the Distributed Control System (DCS) of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine, and is used to support the research on thickener feed concentration digital twin instrumentation technology. - Data for flotation process concentrate grade digital twin instrumentation: Composed mainly of time-series data including flotation process pump sump liquid level, pump current and slurry flow rate, stored in XLS format with a total size of approximately 2 MB. The data was collected from the DCS of Dasha Concentrator, Jiangxi Copper, and is used to support the research on flotation process concentrate grade digital twin instrumentation technology. 2. Data for grinding classification return sand digital twin instrumentation: Mainly includes time-series data of hydrocyclone return sand calculated by the digital twin instrumentation, stored in CSV format with a total size of approximately 120 MB. The data was collected from the DCS of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine, and supports the research outcomes of grinding classification return sand digital twin instrumentation technology. 3. Data for grinding classification process digital twin instrumentation: Mainly consists of the input and output variable tables of the digital twin instrumentation model and grinding classification process data (including measured values and calculated values). Measured values are sourced from on-site process instrumentation, while calculated values are derived from the simulation model. The grinding classification process data is stored in CSV format with a total size of approximately 300 MB, collected from the DCS of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine; the input and output variable tables of the digital twin instrumentation are stored in XLSX format. This dataset supports the research on grinding classification process digital twin instrumentation technology and the quantitative description of the mineral processing flow.
