支气管哮喘过敏性疾病遗传资源库主要由哮喘患者生物样本库和样本信息资料库组成，本资源库生物样本根据不同哮喘亚型进行收集。储存样本类型包括血液样本、细胞提取培养样本和组织样本等，生物样本库从2007年开始建库，病例总数达2万多例。本资源库的突出特点：每个病例均采用国际上公认的IgE检测金标准方法（ImmunoCAP）进行变应原特异性IgE检测或总IgE检测，具有大量的常见变应原特异性IgE阳性血清，也是国内最大型的具有变应原sIgE阳性生物样本库，并获得国内外多家变应原诊断试剂公司合作，目前开展多项变应原检测方法学验证和比对试验，是很多单位进行诊断试剂CFDA注册验证的牵头单位。哮喘过敏性疾病资源库还包括城市和农村儿童过敏性疾病流行病学调查的临床及环境样本，包括血清、血浆、PAX血、唾液、诱导痰、大便、DNA、家居床尘等类型样本，以探讨城乡环境对儿童免疫调节因素及机制。
The Genetic Resource Bank for Bronchial Asthma and Allergic Diseases is mainly composed of a biobank of asthmatic patients and a sample information database. The biological samples in this resource bank are collected based on different asthma subtypes. The stored sample types include blood samples, cell extraction and culture samples, tissue samples, etc. The biobank was established in 2007, with a total of more than 20,000 cases. The prominent features of this resource bank are as follows: Each case undergoes allergen-specific IgE detection or total IgE detection using the internationally recognized gold standard IgE detection method (ImmunoCAP), possesses a large number of common allergen-specific IgE-positive serum samples, and is also the largest domestic biobank with allergen sIgE-positive samples. It has established cooperation with multiple domestic and foreign allergen diagnostic reagent companies, and is currently conducting multiple methodological validation and comparative trials for allergen detection, serving as the leading unit for CFDA registration validation of diagnostic reagents by many institutions. The asthma and allergic disease resource bank also includes clinical and environmental samples from epidemiological investigations of allergic diseases in urban and rural children, including serum, plasma, PAX blood, saliva, induced sputum, feces, DNA, household bed dust and other types of samples, to explore the effects of urban and rural environments on children's immune regulatory factors and their underlying mechanisms.
