射出长波辐射（英文缩写：OLR）是指地球表面单位面积（米）向外空辐射出去的所有波长的热辐射通量，它的大小与发射表面的温度密切相关，是地球辐射能量收支系统的重要参量之一。产品为0.01°分辨率等经纬度投影，全球10°×10°分幅保存。由于OLR大小主要由发射下垫面的温度决定，因此它反映了地球表面的气候状况。它是气候模式、中长期天气预报模式不可缺少的输入参量。
