The development was created in workshops including midwives and midwifery students using the ADDIE model.本指南为面向助产学专业学生的新生儿复苏教育培训指南，系《Stimulate, ventilate, collaborate——一项支撑面向助产学专业学生的新生儿复苏教育培训指南开发的质性研究》的配套资料。本指南的开发采用ADDIE模型（ADDIE Model），通过涵盖助产士与助产学学生的工作坊完成。
