A population-specific landscape of early-onset colorectal cancer in Arabs

The rising incidence of early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC) globally demands population-specific insights into its underlying hereditary basis. In high consanguinity populations, such as the Arab World, germline mutation prevalence, founder effects and novel hereditary mechanisms remain under-explored. The aim of this study was to explore the spectrum of germline pathogenic variants in early onset CRC.
