Temperature is a critical factor affecting the capacity of valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries. Detecting the capacity data of sample batteries in low-temperature environments can reflect both the quality level of the batteries and the technical capability of their manufacturers. This dataset conducts tests on the low-temperature capacity of VRLA batteries, which is of great significance for enterprises' technological improvement and the development of related industries, and can also provide references for consumers' purchasing decisions.
1. Product Testing: Conduct low-temperature capacity tests on valve-regulated lead-acid batteries. The experimental temperature is set at -10℃, and the test equipment is a battery charge-discharge tester. Standard capacity data is derived based on actual capacity, and the low-temperature capacity of the sample batteries is calculated and recorded by controlling the experimental current and discharge time;
2. Data Processing: Standard capacity ≥ 0.8 × Actual capacity; Low-temperature capacity = Experimental current × Discharge time;
3. Compare the obtained low-temperature capacity with the standard capacity to determine whether the low-temperature capacity of the sample meets the specified standards;
