The study of social phenomena shows the need for an integrated system of social indicators. The five-yearly operation Time Budget Survey (EPT) provides comprehensive information about the social habits and daily life of the population from the perspective of the use of their daily time, computing their distribution or budget- between the activities carried out over a day. The operation provides useful information for social analysis from a gender perspective and also for drawing up the Domestic Production Satellite Account of the Basque Country.社会现象研究表明，亟需构建一套整合型社会指标体系。五年一度的时间预算调查（Time Budget Survey，简称EPT）以居民每日时间使用状况为研究视角，全面收录人口的社会习惯与日常生活相关信息，并核算其单日各项活动的时间分配情况，即时间预算。该调查可为性别视角下的社会分析提供有效数据支撑，同时也可用于编制巴斯克地区国内生产卫星账户（Domestic Production Satellite Account）。
