Local spatial planning concept Tyrol

According to the Tyrolean Spatial Planning Act, each municipality must adopt a local spatial planning concept by ordinance. It shall include land to be kept free of construction as well as the areas available and planned for various settlement developments. The local infrastructure projects required for this purpose must also be presented.根据《蒂罗尔州空间规划法》（Tyrolean Spatial Planning Act），各自治市镇均须通过政令制定本地空间规划方案。该方案需涵盖禁止建设用地，以及可供并规划用于各类住宅开发的区域；同时，为实现此类开发目标所需的本地基础设施项目，亦须在方案中予以列明。
