GENEPOP file containing unique eight-locus microsatellite genotypes identified for 162 forest elephant individuals in SW Gabon, central Africa. Genotypes were generated from fecal DNA collected from dung piles at two locations in the wild (the Industrial Corridor of the Gamba Complex of Protected Areas; sample names begin with 'R' or 'T'; and Loango National Park; sample names begin with 'L').

本数据集为包含中非加蓬西南部162头森林象个体的独特八位点微卫星（microsatellite）基因型的GENEPOP格式文件。所有基因型均由野外两处采样点的粪便堆采集的粪便DNA制备得到：其一为加巴保护区综合体工业走廊，对应样本名称以"R"或"T"开头；其二为洛安戈国家公园，对应样本名称以"L"开头。
