Tourism data on homes for tourist use in the Valencian Community

Dades setmanals amb informed d’empreses Turístiques inscribed in the Registre de Turisme de la Comunitat Valenciana. It is considered habitatges d’ús turístic, the immobles completes, qualsevol that follows the seua typology, which, comptant amb l’municipal report of urban compatibilitat permeta aquest ús, cedisca mitjançant preu, amb habitualitat, in conditions d’immediata disponibilitat, i amb finalitats turístics, vacations or d’oci. The habitatges d’ús turístic are cedeixen to the complete, not permetently ceased per habitacions. — Weekly data with information about tourist companies registered in the Tourism Registry of the Valencian Community. They are considered houses for tourist use, complete properties, whatever their type, which, having the municipal report of urban compatibility that allows such use, is provided by price, usually, in conditions of immediate availability, and for tourist, vacation or leisure purposes. The houses for tourist use are ceded completely, not allowing the transfer by rooms. (art. 47(1) Decree 10/2021 of 22 January)
