Automatic continuous mixing (ACM) was used to collect light scattering data as the concentration of SDS/dopant in the solution was slowly changed. It can be seen that as the concentration of salt or as the ratio of Dopant:SDS is increased, the light scattering signal will change and then from this data different regions can be isolated and the existence of micelles and supramicellar assemblies can be identified.
采用自动连续混合(Automatic Continuous Mixing,ACM)技术,在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与掺杂剂(dopant)的溶液浓度缓慢变化的过程中采集光散射数据。研究表明,随着溶液中盐浓度升高,或掺杂剂与SDS的比例提升,光散射信号会发生改变;借此可从该数据中分离出不同区域,并识别出胶束与超胶束组装体的存在。
