Raw Crt data of 754 miRNAs obtained using RT-qPCR experiments with OpenArray technology. Expression profiles were obtained in peripheral blood mononuclear cells collected from 18 patients with lower extremity artery disease and 10 control subjects. Undetermined Crt values were set to 40.
