海南富克台站电离层闪烁数据

海南富克台站位于海南省儋州市富克镇，北纬19º31'，东经109º08'。电离层闪烁与TEC监测仪使用GPS/GLONASS双系统实时进行电离层电波闪烁的监测。监测软件可输出RINEX格式的卫星信标数据文件和闪烁数据观测文件，以及包含更多原始数据的二进制文件。时间分辨率为1分钟。每15分钟生成一个数据文件。数据内容包括：时间、卫星PRN、方位角、仰角、S4指数。
该设备于2012年正式业务化运行，可用于基于电离层总电子密度和闪烁指数的相关研究工作。

The Hainan Fuke Station is located in Fuke Town, Danzhou City, Hainan Province, at 19°31' North latitude and 109°08' East longitude. The Ionospheric Scintillation and TEC Monitor conducts real-time monitoring of ionospheric radio wave scintillations using the dual GPS/GLONASS system. The monitoring software can output satellite beacon data files and scintillation data observation files in RINEX format, as well as binary files containing more raw data. The temporal resolution of the data is 1 minute, and one data file is generated every 15 minutes. The collected data includes: timestamp, satellite PRN, azimuth angle, elevation angle, and S4 index.
This monitoring system was officially commissioned for operational service in 2012, and can be applied to relevant research based on ionospheric total electron content (TEC) and scintillation indices.
